Description: | This course has been designed to take you through conventional strength training techniques and to completely understand the compromises that an exerciser has to make to significantly improve endurance, strength [hypertrophy] and power. These training methods will be compared against exercising with Keiser and the advantages that can be gained using air. The course is thought provoking and asks questions as to the viability of training with iron. It will help participants prescribe exercise for a broad spectrum of gym users that are currently inhibited by conventional training methods, these include seniors, young adults, women and athletes. This course is a must if you have Keiser Air, and if you want to improve your exercise prescription to improve retention of members. |
