After completion of the Cycling Foundation Training, instructors are invited to delve into detailed training methods and programming by trying our additional, specialised training modules.

These exciting new educational modules will not only revolutionise indoor cycling, but also the indoor cycling culture.

By targeting different areas involved in cycling - including power, core stability, imaginative cycling formats, using the computer data, cycling technique and stretching, our modules provide our instructors with a deeper understanding of cycling as a whole and a more extensive and exciting cycling vocabulary.
