• Participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance.

These courses are available for both the Keiser M3 bike and the Keiser M5 strider and are the very first steps along the Keiser Training path.

They are training courses designed to familiarise staff/instructors with the Keiser equipment so that they are confident in using and educating other people on the basic features, safety, maintenance and set up of the M3 or M5. The course will also include a master class from the Keiser trainer.

These courses can be bypassed if the Foundation Training is preferred.
