• 1 day course.
• On successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate and will be qualified to teach.
• Pre-requisites are any Level 2 qualification.
• These courses can be taught on non Keiser equipment.

After completing either of our Foundation Workshops, you will have all the tools necessary to deliver safe, effective and enjoyable classes for all abilities.

The content of the Foundation Courses include:

• M5 strider features
• Safety and maintenance
• Bike/strider set up
• Posture and technique
• Utilising the computer console (if taught on Keiser)
• Class design and structure
• Cycling/striding drills
• Working with music
• Teaching skills

Our foundation level education programmes have been researched with professional cyclists and tri-athletes and developed with our Keiser International Master Trainers – all of whom had one purpose in mind – to create and develop the best indoor cycling and striding classes possible.
