Paco González

HOMETOWN: Puerto de la Cruz, Canary Islands

Keiser International Master Trainer

With Keiser since 1998, Paco has presented Keiser indoor bike programs and training in over 20 countries, as well as at most major conventions throughout the world, including IDEA, IHRSA, Club Industry, Can Fit Pro, FIBO and Asia Fit. He also serves as Keiser’s International Director of Education Programs. Outside of training, he’s a Triathlon Level 3 coach, amateur cyclist and long-distance runner.

Krista Popowych

HOMETOWN: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

Keiser International Master Trainer

Krista started training with Keiser in 1998 and now serves as Education Director. She’s an IDEA Fitness Instructor of the Year (2014), Can Fit Pro Presenter of the Year (2008, 2003), published author, and has hosted & co-hosted over 100 fitness TV shows. Darren Teagles

HOMETOWN: Nuneaton, Warwickshire, England

Keiser International Master Trainer

A specialist in cycle-based power concept training for athletes from all sports, Darren Teagles has been a Keiser trainer since 2016. He started cycling at an elite level in 1989 for team Raleigh Banana and progressed through various Criterium and indoor leagues until finally signing a contract with team Andalucia Cajamar in 2001. Darren raced with the team in the UCI National Pro Continental Circuit of Spain until retiring from pro cycling in 2012. Darren is now the European Training and Development Manager for Keiser, working with top cycle studios and strength and conditioning coaches all over Europe. His work motto simply reflects his racing style – "Life is just one long hill...so keep climbing."
