It has been an extraordinary couple of months as our world continues to face unprecedented challenges. At Keiser UK, we exist to help others and remain committed to serving our customers and supporting our community during this uncertain time.

As a Subsidiary of Keiser Corporation, a manufacturer of premium equipment used in medical facilities, military facilities and home sales, Keiser UK remains open and shipments of existing or new equipment are still going out with minimal delays at the current time. All of our representatives are available to assist you.

Additionally, Keiser UK is following the guidance of the UK Government and health officials to take all necessary steps to protect our staff and customers. We have instituted a policy of non - contact on any deliveries by Keiser employees

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Are you open, and shipping? Can I still purchase equipment?

A: Yes, at the moment Keiser UK is operating at full capacity.

Q: How soon can I get cardio equipment? Are you experiencing delays due to shutdowns?

A: There are no delays due to COVID-19 in the shipment of our equipment. If you place an order with us on our website it will ship in 5 - 7 business days or less, and transit time will vary based on your location. This is dependant on stock availability in the UK.

Q: I have already placed an order, can I get an update?

A: You will receive an email update confirming dispatch and delivery date within 5 business days from date of purchase.

Q: Am I able to speak directly to a Sales Rep?

A: Our UK Sales Director is available to assist both our Commercial and non - commercial customers during this period. For more information on our products please reach out to Garry on 07786 432 836.

Q: Is there a place I can try your cardio equipment?

A: Due to the mass shutdown of most exercise facilities this is more complicated than usual. There may not be a local option, though we do have a return policy in the event your purchase doesn't work out.

Q: Do you have any refurbished bikes available?

A: At the moment we do not have any refurbished stock.

Q: Do I need the Assembly and Maintenance kit?

A: While the kit is helpful in the assembly of your bike, you can source the tools elsewhere if desired. The kit has no proprietary tools. White-glove service is also available as a shipping option at checkout, with this option the respective cardio piece will be delivered fully assembled. COVID-19 restrictions will supersede any white-glove service and we may need to disable this service from time to time.
