Standard Rates – Product will be shipped flat-packed on a pallet and will be delivered as close to the property as possible based on solid ground for a pallet truck. Where delivery is to flats or apartments suitable pre-delivery arrangements must be made. The pallet and box is to be disposed of by the customer. Additional tools will be required for installation. Toolkit is available as an optional extra, cost thereof is £100.00 Excluding VAT.
White Glove – Bike will be pre-built and delivered, in majority of cases to the door of the customer during the COVID-19 pandemic. This will usually be delivered to your door via a courier, or on occasions delivered on a pallet, and delivered as close to the door as practically possible.
CANCELLATION - You may cancel your order by sending us a notification of your cancellation before the end of the 14th day after the product has been delivered to you. You need not provide a reason and will receive a refund within 14 days of the product being returned. - A cancellation and restocking fee of 25% will be charged on all cancelled orders. RETURNS - Returns of faulty or defective products - Should you discover after purchase any fault or defect with any of our products, please notify us within 6 months of discovering such fault or defect. The defective or faulty product will be taken back for repair or replacement. Should you be unsatisfied with the repair or replacement you will be entitled to a refund. The refund will be provided within 14 days of the defective or faulty product being returned. WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY - Customers living in flats or apartment buildings are to make suitable arrangements if they have selected the correct delivery type - flat packed, white gloved or white glove plus service. - We require a minimum width to your front door of 29 inches for boxed bike deliveries. - Please ensure that you are present to receive the bike at the time and date you have allocated. Failure to accept the bike at this time, will result in a missed delivery charge. - You are able to amend your delivery date and time up to 11.00am a working day before delivery, amendments after this time may incur an additional charge. *ALL PRICING INCLUDES VAT
