Shipping and delivery information
Bikes will be shipped within 7-10 working days.
Standard and White Glove rates are available on checkout to UK Mainland- for shipping to a different location please contact Keiser UK Head Office on 01666 504 710.
Standard delivery
Your bike will be pre-built and delivered via our trusted delivery partners BJS. The bike will be delivered in a box to the hallway of your home of residence, and all packaging is to be disposed of by the customer. Should you require the bike to be delivered to a room of choice or packaging to be removed, please select the white glove delivery option.
White Glove delivery
Your bike will be pre-built and delivered via our trusted delivery partners BJS. The bike will be packaged in a secure box and positioned in a room of your choice, and all packaging will be disposed of our delivery partner. This option is advised with customers that live in flats, apartments or where access is limited.
M3i Lite Bike Fiit Bundle Please note the following terms and conditions & delivery information: • Please note the Fiit tracker will only connect to the Fiit app and will NOT connect with the M3i bike screen. • The M3i Bike Fiit Bundle includes the M3i Bike fully built and assembled, Keiser water bottle, Keiser exercise mat (dimensions 80cm x 160cm), Fiit tracker belt and 12 month subscription to Fiit. • All prices are inclusive of VAT. • This exclusive offer cannot be redeemed for any monetary value or exchanged for any other Keiser promotions. • Keiser UK reserves the right to stop the promotion at any time. • Your Keiser bike will be delivered by our delivery partner who will contact you directly to arrange a suitable date and time for delivery. • Your bike will be built ready to ride, and delivered to your front door if standard delivery has been selected. • If white glove delivery has been selected, your bike will be delivered to a room of your choice and all bike packaging removed. • We require a minimum width to your front door of 29 inches for boxed bike deliveries. • Please ensure that you are present to receive the bike at the time and date you have allocated. Failure to accept the bike at this time, will result in a missed delivery charge. • You are able to amend your delivery date and time up to 11.00am a working day before delivery, amendments after this time may incur an additional charge. • Cancellations - You may cancel your order by sending us a notification of your cancellation before the end of the 14th day after delivery.
