Click and collect a built bike

Orders should arrive within 10 business days after the date it is shipped.

Contact your Keiser Sales Representative (call 01666 504710 or email shop@keiseruk.com) quoting your order reference. The team can trace your order from manufacturing through shipping and keep you informed of any unforeseen problems that may have delayed your order.

If your order shipped via courier, then your order can be tracked via the courier's website. Contact your Keiser Sales Representative to obtain the courier company used as well as your unique tracking number. If your order shipped via any of the LTL services, contact your Keiser Sales Representative and they can track the order for you. On-line tracking for these carriers is not available at this time.

PLEASE NOTE ANY DEFECTS/DAMAGES ON THE DELIVERY NOTE BEFORE YOU SIGN IT. Then contact your Keiser Sales Representative (for home orders call 01666 504710 or email shop@keiseruk.com) immediately so we can assist you with the situation.

All of our shippers attempt to notify of delivery approximately 24 hrs prior to actual delivery. If you require a direct phone notification, a small service charge will apply.
